We offer individual and group therapy from just £30 per group session, meeting on a weekly basis from our Bloomsbury based therapy centre on Southampton Row, London (just a 5 minute walk from Russell Square and Holborn tube stations).
We also provide psychology workshops that are designed to provide relief for a wide range of psychological difficulties and also provide introductions and taster sessions for therapy and how it will work for you. These are also useful for self-improvements as well as addressing mental health conditions.
Due to government advice on COVID-19 and social distancing we are temporarily conducting group sessions via Skype.
